1. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a product on Color Alchemy Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Digital products
All products sold (ICC profiles, LUTs, Capture One Styles) are digital goods delivered electronically.
- Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or professional use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any product.
- Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds once a file has been downloaded.
3. Custom orders (Style Craft)
- Custom orders begin after a consultation and deposit payment.
- Delivery timelines are agreed upon at order confirmation and communicated via email.
- Revisions are included as specified in the order confirmation.
- The final delivered files remain proprietary to Color Alchemy Pro until full payment is received.
- You may not resell or redistribute custom work delivered to you.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card information. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
5. Affiliate program
The Color Alchemy Pro affiliate program allows approved members to earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral code or link. Here is how it works:
- How the referral code works: When a customer uses your referral code at checkout, they receive a 10% discount on their purchase. This discount is funded by us — it does not reduce your commission.
- Your commission: You earn a percentage of the final amount paid (after the buyer's referral discount). The default commission rate is 10%; individual rates may differ and are shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commission is calculated on the net amount received by Stripe (i.e. after the referral discount, before transaction fees).
- When commission is credited: Commission is added to your affiliate balance automatically after a successful payment is confirmed by Stripe. Orders that are refunded will have their commission reversed.
- Payout: You can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum threshold (default €10). Payouts are processed manually; typical processing time is 3–7 business days. Payout methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or conversion to store credit (a voucher for use in our shop).
- Eligibility: Only registered users who have purchased and used at least one product may apply. We review each application manually.
- Self-referral is prohibited: Using your own referral code on your own purchases is not permitted and will result in commission reversal and possible account suspension.
- Commission rates are set at our discretion and may change with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including ICC profiles, LUTs, Styles, text, images, and design — is owned by Color Alchemy Pro unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Color Alchemy Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
